Food that burns body fat naturally? |
Im looking for food that burns body fat naturally. I found a good site http://www.fatlosshelpplan.blogspot.com that looks good, but I want to lose like 45 pounds in a week if thats possible with foods that burns body fat, like maybe drink alot of coffee? Thanks grapefruit 45lbs in a week?!! W0W i didn't know that was possible... That won't happen not 45lbs in 7days. I hope you don't believe everything you hear. FIBRE, FIBRE, FIBRE....fills you up and keeps you from being hungry. Lots of water, say 2 litres a day. Veggies, lots, no fats, butter, margarine. Apples and Exercise, exercise, exercise. That isnt possible...Good luck with doing it a healthy way though...Cut out white flour that makes me drop weight fast...drink lots of water it fills you up...eat lots of fruit and veggies...not only are they good for you but they can fill you up also I think if you are wanting to loose 45 lbs in a week you must be cutting a leg off!! Thats not a healthy way at all and it will not last. Even those people on the biggest loser, with all the trainers and equipment, hours of working out and the micro-management of their diets only loose about 6 pounds. Good luck. I don't honestly think that is safe to lose that much weight that fast....unless you are VERY overweight. Caffeine is good, but taking more that required doesn't help any, and has adverse effects. If you really wanted to lose that much weight that fast you should go on a 1,000 calorie diet with about 800 of those calories coming from fat. That will trigger the bodies metabolism to burn super fast. Fat in the absence of carbohydrates helps burn fat. But I REALLY don't recommend doing that, it is a fast way to lose weight, but it is not healthy to lose that fast. Your best bet isn't just foods that burn fat, but avoiding foods that turn to fat. Green tea has a chemical that is proven to speed up metabolism(EGCG) Protein boosts the metabolism and fat boosts the metabolism. They also don't require much insulin in order to turn to energy, whereas carbohydrates require a lot. The problem with insulin is that it is the chemical that actually transports fat to the areas you don't want it. If you want to lose weight fast, healthy and keep it off, drink green tea, and don't eat anything that isn't meat or a green vegetable (minus peas) for the time you are losing weight. When you want to maintain your weight then you can add in fruits and whole grains...just not in excess. Other than that any and all kinds of meats cooked any kind of way you want, so long as there isn't much sugar in the sauce you cook with. Ketchup is high in sugar. If I knew of a way to lose 45 pounds fast, I would do it myself. ;-) But to lose that much in a week would be too unhealthy. Besides, you wouldn't want the loose, baggy skin that it would leave you with. And the faster you lose the weight, the faster you re-gain it. Slow and steady weight loss is healthiest and easiest to maintain. The only way I know to lose the weight is by decreasing calories and dietary fat; increasing intake of fiber (fruits, vegetables, and whole grains) and water (not fruit juice, which is calorie intense); and increasing both aerobic and weight-training workouts. Running is the most efficient way to burn calories in one hour.
