Burns caused by proactive?!!!?

i oftan get these ugly burns/swelling on my face right after i wash my face with Proactive. It never happens 2 my sister and why does it only happen 2 me!!!! should i stop using proactive ? what should i use on my face?

well i dont know how to treat it but i would call proactive because that happened with me with a skin cleanser and i called them and they refunded my money and everything. but they can definatly give u advice

ahh same thing happened to me and i had to go to school with these huge red blotches all over my face. i think it was from the repairing lotion. maybe idk my skin was way to sensitive for it so now i just use the toner
