What are sugar bunions?

someone asked me if i used a lot of sugar in my coffee and i said "yeah, why?". it turns out, these little bumps on my feet were called sugar bunions. What are they exactly? My mom had them and i thought they were genetic. I guess not!

That is disgusting! you shouldn't even be sharing that information, gross... you just have bunions and don't try to sugar coat it.
