Help with bunions on foot? |
i asked my other questions wrong, instead of gout, i believe it is bunions. what can i do at home to help. hurts really bad. If it is a bunion, you should make sure your shoes fit properly and don't put any pressure on it. Also, an arch support can help decrease the stress on the joint and decrease the pain. eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwww!!! im not a doctor, so go c 1!!!!!!! Bunions are just when a bone on your foot that sticks out a bit to much...on the inside of your foot, right where your largest toe connects to the foot there would be a small bump, maybe not even noticeable, and your large toe would lean towards the rest of the toes slightly. Usually they don't hurt but if bunions cause pain, it would be in the arch of your foot more than anywhere else. A way I know of to help with bunions is to go to a foot specialist and get inserts for your shoes that are molded to your foot. They will put pressure at the correct point on the bottom of your foot to prevent the bunions from getting worse and even help cure them. Trust me, you don't want to have to have surgery if it's bunions! I don't know if I answered your question at all...but I said what I know :) |
