How can I make my bunions less painful? Without surgery? |
They normally don't hurt because I tie my shoes pretty loose. But in marching band, I think I ordered them a half size too small. (7.5 is fairly big, but 7 makes my bunions hurt a bit) I know this because I borrowed 7.5's before my 7's came in. It's only when I take the shoes off after a football game or something that my bunions hurt a bit. I've loosened up the laces a bit, any other advice that will help? I can't trade in my shoes... Thanks Tahiti! =] Dear Lily, You could try ice for a while then heat. or you can ask a doctor about having the area drain which is usually done as day surgry. if you let it go to long with out doing anything about it can get infected and you would have to lose you toe like my sister did |
