Im a 21 year old male with severe bunions and i need advice from other men to decide what to do with m problem since in interferes with college and work. See a podiatrist or an orthopedic surgeon. Bunions are a congenital deformity of the metatarsal bone and the MP joint. They are not caused by ill fitting shoes, though they can aggravate your condition. Surgery is the definitive treatment. Orthotics can help to some degree with the pain, but you are likely to develop arthritis in the MP joint without surgery. quit buying cheap shoes |
