WHat do they do when you get bunions surgically removed?

I am getting a bunion removed in winter or spring and i wunna know what they do and stuff

This is too broad a question and not enough information is provided to give you an answer. The extent of the surgical procedure depends on the severity of your deformity. There are also several different surgical procedures (McBride, Chevron and Keller) and I have no way of knowing which one you are having. Also, there are several options for anesthesia (block, spinal, or general). Due to all the unknowns, it would be best to ask your doctor to explain the procedure to you. He will have chosen what he feels is the best procedure for you and which procedure he is going to use so he can explain it. Good luck!
