I seem to be getting bunions on my big toes. Is there anything I can do (naturally) to stop them from growing Get to a good foot doctor!!!!!!!! DON'T wear tight shoes or have a job standing all day?? Soak your feet in Epsom salt and keep them elevated. I had to have surgery to remove my bunions and it was a nightmare but my sister just had to have hers done and hers came out very well. It is Bunions ON your big toes? Bunions generally grow at the side of the ball of the foot. at the BASE of the big toe. wear proper fitting shoes Wear shoes with good arch support, wear shoes that fit properly and don't have seams where the bunions would rub. Wear shoes that have an open toe base, not high heels with super pointy tips, the high heels are really bad for bunions. |
