How can avoid developing bunions (hallux valgus)?

once it starts "growing" it can be stoped? how?

They say tight shoes don't help the matter and if you have high arches. You need to get arch supports.

They can be treated (not permanently!) and prevented by using YogaToes whenever you're watching TV or online. You should google it - They're awesome! Report It

Don"t wear pointed shoes or western Boots with Point';
