I lost collagen in my big toes. Bunions are pushing against them and it hurts.? |
I'm using Power Step Arches. I've had cortison treatments on my spurs. I'm still hurting. Hi Mindy, You would go see your podiatrist/medical doctor because your complaints are quite valid and should be addressed. When you see your doctor you should ask to have the following issues explored : diabetes, collagen vascular disease, nerve compression/entrapment, neurological issues, Hansen's disease. Sounds like it is time for you to consider surgery. You may need to get new shoes, as well. Have one of the professionals at the shoe store fit you. You may want to go with wide shoes, as well. The more pressure on your toes, the more the bunions will happen & be bothered. |
