Is there anyone on here that has had bunions surgically corrected? |
I have bunionettes that have been getting worse. My feet hurt much of the time and it is very difficult to find any shoes that I can wear without pain. I'm looking for someone that has had surgery to get some more info. Anyone that might be willing to help me out? Or do you know of any good web resources? Thanks I did the surgery 7 years ago. I was exactly where you were - no shoes fit and my feet hurt badly all the time. I had laser surgery, but that was 1987. I have them also, no corrective work done, I just deal. But I have been told they can also shave the bone. I had the surgery on both sides of my foot. Was an extremely painful recovery!!!, but now I am glad I had it done - I'm painfree. My surgery was successful. My cousin has had the surgery done 8 times without success. |
