What is bullying? how do u define adult bullying?

im founding as i get older,maybe life experiences etc but its very difficult or ppl can be if your too nice..which i understand to a degree.but were do u draw the line on been too impolite/rude etc

to me it's picking on someone you know is not capable of fighting back...be nice but don't let anyone walk over you

You don't quite understand how it works. YOU, yourself need to be polite, kind and strong; not rude or impolite.

bully - someone who persecutes the weak
- someone who treats people cruelly
- mental or physical torment

you should stay as nice as you are do NOT change for them.

Its intimidating, abusing, or hurting someone to get your needs met, or sometimes just to get your point across. Theres a difference between bullying and defending yourself. Theres nothing wrong with making your opinion known. But it has sound appealing if you expect anyone to care in the end. Sometimes how you say things is more important than what you say.

there are different forms of bullying. mental where someone gradually wears you down thats hard to prove and physical.if ppl are to nice then its time to assert themselves at the right time
