How does bullying affect one's wellbeing?

Bullying others can have very bad impacts on their self esteme. They may take it very personal and never over come it, be careful and alway treat others the way you would want them to treat you. Would you want to be the one always being picked on, or would you want someone to stand up for you? Think about it a minute........

if you got bulled as much as i did it will screw you up big time.
i was bulled at school, collage and at work.
now i am in no fit state to go out
