How do i stop someone bullying me at work? |
How do i stop someone bullying me at work? Stand up to them. Do this in a professional and respectful manner. Do not lower your standard to their level.Smile while you are doing this and last of all ask them if they need your help. Be sincere. Make sure you have had enough sleep the night before and if you take medicine to help you control your emotions, take it about 30 minutes before you have your day. Let us know how it turns out. You may want to practice in the mirror at home for a few times before you BLAST OFF. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just Ignore them.Don't let him/her take you down. You know you are much better then what they say.If it gets out of hand tell your boss. Tell your boss they did some terrible thing like steal merchandise. If it's your boss, then you're pretty screwed so try to find another job. tell them to go **** off especially if they aint living with you ******* you or paying your bills . Bullies are pussys they are rude crude and socially unacceptable. They have to put you down to make themselves feel better actually dont waste your time with that nobody, because they are insecure idiotic mourons. You look in the mirror and be happy w/ who you are. They cant do that. Threaten them w/ a restraining order/tell your boss. Every citizen has the right by law to work in a nonhostile enviorment. If your boss cant help you, contact the FILCIO. Your rights are being violated. You can own that company and your boss. check out your rights, because we do have them. Good luck and I hope things work out. Always be nice to the person. Then even if they don't stop they look like the trouble maker. If they don't stop then go to your supervisor. You should not have to face abuse in the workplace, there are laws to protect you from that kind of mistreatment. If they do any thing that is public bullying, then publically ask them how there behavior is productive to the work environment. Start reading more about warfare in history. Start taking that approach to work...it's scary how much it will change your life. It's better to be feared than to be liked... Can you tell us more about your situation? So that we can give you more comments. Stand up to them, don't let them see that they are upsetting you, but most important of all - make sure everyone knows about it - tell as many people as you can. This should intimidate the bully and stop them from continuing if they know a lot of people are onto them. you need to confront them. dont ignore them and dont tell your boss. if you want them to think that you are not going to let them walk all over you then you need to think about what to say and pick a good time and sit them down and tell them what you feel like. make sure that you word what you want to say so it sounds like a mutual problem dont put all the blame on them because then they will get worse Depends on what they are doing.. How long have then been bulling you at work? If they have been doing this for awhile, have you tryed to tell this person.."Hey look, its great that you feel you nee to bully me around, but its getting to the point where Im not going to take it anymore, either stop the bulling, or I'll have to head to tell the boss....." Tell this person that if they continue to do so, then you'll have no choice but to tell the boss that this person is making it to where you dont want to go to work.. That if they contiues to bother you at work about what ever it is that they are bothering you about, you'll head to make a complaint on them, and get them for herhassment.... (sueing someone for work herhassment gets you $) look into it... THis person doesnt need to be making your life hell when you go to work to do your job.... |
