Bulimia.........?!? |
My friend is bulimic.... I've been thinking about being bulimic for a while now... I really want to lose 30 pounds by June and I keep hearing that it's impossible. Are there any ways to lose weight VERY fast? NO diet pills... And have any of you tried the bender ball? Did it work for you? THANKS! I'm not thinking about doing it just because my friend does. I've been thinking about doing it even BEFORE I found out she is bulimic. Being Bulimic is not something you do cause others are doing it. It is a very serious disorder that can lead to Anorexia. You're friend needs to get help to address her issues that created the bulimia in the first place. Why would you be considering putting your health at risk like this? There is no safe way to loose weight super fast without jeopardizing something in the body. That is a fact. You can loose some weight by June if you do it sensibly. don't develop at eating disorder because i'm in treatment right now for one and it is HARD work to recover and it ruins your life. just consumer a few fewer calories and make smart food choices and do cardio and you will be fine! that damn bender ball does not at all work. IM bulimic and it is very effective. im not telling you to for sure do this but it works for me. if you have any questions answer my question how to be a better bulimic and ill answer you back. dont do that! i was bulimic for yrs, it seems great at the time but it a trap! Its awful!!! Not to mention it causes damage to your heart, rots your teeth, etc. My boyfriend's sister was bulimic and her lung collapsed a couple months ago and only 20 yrs old. I would just say eat low fat and exercise 5-6 times a week. Aim for 1-2 lbs a week...you could do that keeping healthy n keep it off. Life weights! exercise smart. I have workout videos i swear by if your interested. good luck! It's impossible to lose 30 pounds by June, even if you starve yourself. The human body is designed to retain as much fat as it needs to survive, and when you starve yourself, the body holds on to every ounce of fat it possibly can because it think is might be dying. Eating disorders are very difficult to overcome, and once you get one, you're looking at years and years of therapy and lifelong health problems. It's not worth it. I've struggled with eating disorders, and I've lived what I'm saying. |
