Has anyone tried Magnesium to treat anxiety/bruxism?

I'm 26 and i've been grinding my teeth for most of my life. I am now going through the enamel!!

I will buy a gum shield and I read somewhere magnesium can also help eleviate the symptoms, anyone out there know if its true?...

I don't know the "bruxism".
But Magnesium should heal anxiety.
Usallally, the addition of Ca. 33% Mg. 33% Zn 33% would be effective.
For some people, if they are not response to this effectively, they would have some "psychological-defects" (my own words).
Please do not pay attention to the little things, but pay attention to your real interests.
You can consult with your MD also....................................... would have a little bit anger that would contribute to your anxiety.................................... miller can help you a little.
.........the doctors in my areas can help you also.

I tried it for 6 weeks I retained so much water I had to be put in the hospital .
