How could untreated maloclusion cause bruxism and clenching? coz of the premature contacts at certain places, no contacts at other, no centric occlusal closing, high points, there are just so many reasons..... Please see my answer to your other question. If you are in dental school you should be able to answer this question easily. Why don't you just visualize? i have had both jaws broken and realined in surgery,because they were out of alinement, i was told if i hadnt had it done it may have led to arthritis and future pain, i have had no regrets, my bite feels stronger and my appearance more "regular" |
