I have been diagonised with bruxism? |
which is teeth grinding any ideas i have now got a tooth guard to wear at night any other ideas dont like the guard at all please help Of course you don't like the guard!! It's big, bulky, and you're not used to it yet... Did you get a custom-fitted guard from the dentist? The OTC ones are crap and annoying to boot. My custom one was expensive, and took a little getting used to, but was well worth it. Nothing else is going to help. You can't just "stop grinding" and there are no meds to fix it either.
