Help!! I grind my teeth so hard at night. I have TMJ pain. Has anyone tried cureforbruxism.com?? |
I have TMJ and very tight muscles from grinding my teeth. The pain is unreal. It affects my quality of life. I use Takara Japanese Detox pads to control the pain and they do work extremely well. I just get tired of sticking pads to my face every night. I have a night guard, yes. I paid $400 for it. you need to take some muscular relaxants to flex your muscles. Need to, psychiatric check up. Have you heard of night guards before? They are a mouth piece that you wear to sleep, and it solves the problem of teeth grinding. I am a dental assistant, and people come in all the time to get fitted for a night guard. Sometimes insurance covers much of the cost also. You have to make an appt. to see a dentist first. Are you taking any antidepressants? They can cause bruxism and jaw pain. |
