Mouth Guard Recommendations?

I have bruxism (grinding of teeth during sleep) and I'm considering buying a mouth guard.

1. Does anyone know of any brand that is high quality and are comfortable?
2. Does anyone know how much it would cost if I were to get it from the dentist?
3. If I were to get it from the dentist, does medi-cal/denti-cal cover it?

Thank you!

best place to get one is from your dentist as this will be made specifically for your mouth, there are various types, soft, hard/soft and hard.

Ones you buy in shop wont be great quality and prob wont do you any good.

i started off with a hard / soft one, soft on inside where it covered my bottom teeth and hard ontop for biting - i demolished 2 of these over past 5 years and im now onto a full hard acrylic one!!

they are approx 拢50 on NHS but can be less depending on what type you need.

See your dentist who can advise you best
