My lower jaw recedes can this be aligned for dental and cosmetic reasons ,can it contribute to burxism?

i grind my teeth and my teeth align awkwardly can it be aligned and show physical changes and can it contribute to bruxism....what can i do?

my jaw needs realigned also. its supposedly a medical issue so i'd have it done. they told me it would cause joint problems later in life.

i know this from recently getting braces and im 19 so here it goes. They will have to take out to bottem wisdom teeth and surgically move your jaw forward. i said hell no!

get a mouth guard meanwhile, its a cheap way of saving your teeth & jaw from pain and further damage
