Have Chronic Facial,Jaw and Neck Pain! What to do?

Doctor said this was caused from Clenching and Grinding my teeth. (Bruxism) He gave me a muscle relaxant for nighttime and an anti-inflammitory. Also purchased a mouthguard. Am getting some relief but still have flareups in the day. Has anyone out there had this and what did you do?

you can get a dentist to build up the night guard to where it is at the right distance you need it. it will take a while sometimes to do it. but it helps. meanwhile drink some milk &take soem ibuprofen.

You need to solve the root problem that is on your cervical spine (neck) as nerves come out from the spinal cord and distribute out.

I recommend manual spinal therapy which is more natural than medicine.
