I had a tooth pulled...? |
about 2 1/2 weeks ago.i was suppose to get a root canal.well make a long story short, wind up being to late and they had to pull it.they dug for 2 hours to get the roots out, they broke off.blood was everywhere,i got dry socket and it still hurts. i have had 3 teeth pulled and the ones that got pulled were all really long a fat at the root it hurt for a couple days but it goes away. just take it easy ooo that hurts. i got my tooth pulled before and if it hurts that much call your denist and see what they say. when it comes to your body you should always consult with your doctor and in your case your dentist, don't take any chances. But to answer your question No that is not normal, because when they do a root canal they go in there and deaden the nerves. So after the Novocain wears off you well feel a little discomfort but just for a couple of days, now you say a couple of weeks that not right. |
