Legs hurt to touch? |
Its not a constant pain, but when my boyfriend touches my legs with a little pressure it hurts really bad. He said something is wrong and I need to have it checked out. For example, if you put your finger on my legs and press a little bit, it is fine and then when you take your finger away it hurts then gradually fades away. Any ideas what causes this? I bruise easily (it runs in my family) and I thought that might have something to do with it. I also thought it might be fluid retention, but i don't know. I am only 25. The pain is not bad enough to take medicine. It just last a few seconds. I can't provide a very good answer to your question, but I can suggest that if you take anything for the pain, try to stick with something like acetaminophen (tylenol). I sometimes hurt easily and when I take asprin or advill, I bruise more easily. A nurse told me that they both contain stuff that can thin the blood. Sounds like edema I get the same thing and have had it most of my adult life. I think it's tendinitis in my case. You might want to read up of fibromyalgia, too. I can't answer but I'll let you know your not alone. I have bruises so bad right now a friend asked what Tyson looked like. I did nothing. I don't recall being beaten ??? I have always bruised easy but this is getting out of hand. You can go to MD.com and search for an answer there. Why don't you go to your GP it may be something or nothing but worth checking, better to be safe than sorry |
