Ahhh whats wrong with my arm!?

welll i dove into this matt thiingy and at the last minute someone go in my way so i had to twist my arm so i wouldnt hit him and i landed on my arm while it was straightened out! all my weight just fellll on my arm. it hurt prettty freakin bad. i was like rollilng around likee uhgg. and i couldnt move it that well for the rest of the day. and now its the second day since that happened and my elbow cracks and it hurts when i straighten it or twist it and its kinda red and bruised on my elbow and the muscles in my forearm hurt pretty bad when i twist it and yeahh it just hurts. what do you think is wrong?

I think you probably sprained it, or maybe even a small break. Sometimes you can still move it, withoutthe pain beig unbearable. I suggest going to a doctor. It could heal the wrong way if you don't take proper care of it.
