What could be wrong with my elbow?

I was skiing about a week and a half ago. As I got onto the chair lift I banged my elbow into the bar pretty hard. There has never been any noticable bump, swelling, or visible bruising anywhere. There is a small spot on the bottom of my elbow that sends strong pain through my body only when I put pressure on it (like by putting my elbow on something). There is no pain or limitations to movement aside from then though. any ideas what I might have done to myself??

My sister bumped her elbow something like that last year and(after waiting a week or so she had it x-rayed) it turned out to be a hair-line fracture across the joint from ulna to humerus.

if the pain stays the same for over a week or two and does not diminish I would let a Doctor check it. Who knows it might get worse after a while. Maybe there is a tiny infection of tiny fracture that will become worse if you leave it like this...
no idea really but be careful with your body, it has to last a life time
