This overweight girl jumped on my foot and it still hurts what do i do ?

Well about 3 or 4 months ago this kinda overweight girl jumped on my foot and it started swelling really bad so i had to get X-rays on it and the doctor said i had a deep bruising by the bone and it should feel better at the end of the week . Well it still hurts the hell.im 14 and it is harder to do P.E. with my foot hurting . Do u think it is something more? should i get it checked otu again?

Keep putting it nightly in a warm water with salt . should be better after sometime . if that didn't help then continue seeing the doctor regularly .

yeah..go check it out again...if some overweight person stepped on me..I would step on them...I havent been to the doctor in like 3 years and I have had so many injuries and Im still going fine

yeah go get it checked out again. its probably still bruised or sore or something

I fell off of a see-saw a few years back, and I had really bad bruising on my ankle. The doctor told me that it would take atleast a month to feel better. It took about 2 months before I felt like myself again. You might want to call your dr. up and talk to him/her, and ask if there is anything to you can do to help it feel better. Good Luck.

The bone is probably still bruised, I don't know what doctors could do for you other than tell you to wear comfortable tennis shoes and not put too much weight and that foot and the rest of the obvious.
I **broke** my toe (ok, so maybe I didn't break it but it hurt like hell...) last summer because I was playing tag with a bunch of my friends on a rocky beach and my toe got caught under a rock. I never went to the doctor. It hurt for like 6 months, but what could doctors have done with a stupid broken toe?!
What I'm saying is that it you don't need a doctor to say that it's alright that your foot hurts, it just means that is still isn't completely healed. Maybe it will hurt for P.E. for the next few months- but there's nothing you can do but learn to deal with it.
