OMG help me please ty.. i can't stand my wrist pain anymore!!? |
O.k. i have been bboying for four months.. one day i tried this one move.. and it was alright.. the next day my wrist got swollen(elbow to palm area) ... i put heat on it because my parents said ice only is for bruise or bleeding.... ok.. it heals a bit.. then the next day it gets swollen again so i have to heat it again.. after a week of that process..my wrist now completely heals...however... when i do even just a handstand.. my wrist gets a little swollen again.. and its so hard to write/do homework when its swollen.. but after 30 minutes the swollen dies down??? anyway to make it die down and never swollen again?? i hate this pain that last for 30 minutes!! its been two weeks.. and even putting my wrist down on the floor it gets swollen up again.. but dies down after 30 minutes ...man!!! -.-' Here are links to some sites that can help Go to the doctor.
