What to do with my big toe??

I bent my toe when i was running in the house. it immediatly hurt and i was cry for an hour. Not because i was a wimp but that hurt like hell! Walkings hard especially with shoes. I have tried a tenser bandage to keep everythin together. today is the 2nd day of pain and i found a big bruise ring below my toe nail. i can not bend it and it is not to swelled up. Help me!!!

you broke it!! . and a case isnt going to work. id put it on warm water . then on cold .. with ice pack you can use frozen peas. they work good.. then id limp to the doctor.. he may have to pull it out to straigten it.... and i dont want to lie that may hurt..
