now my hand is bruised swollen and sore what can i do? put you're hands in hot or cold water which ever relaxes you're hands. and don't use u're hands alot(ask ppl 2 do stuff 4 u). put ice on it Ice it for the swelling. The soreness will take some time, you could maybe try Icy Hot or something. My suggestion is maybe don't play bloody knuckles next time. |
