Help! does this sound like staph infection? |
i had a baby in october ( vaginal ) in early january i had my gallbladder removed and then was put back in the hospital because a possible gall stone still stuck in bile duct. they never found one and then i developed pancritis after a few extra days in the hospital i was sent home. ok so valentines day i noticed a huge hard lump in my eyelid to this day i still have the lump although smaller in size its still hard and now my eyelid looks bruised looking. sunday my legs were hurting pretty bad from my knees to my ankles. i assumed it was cause i had been out in the cold in a short dress. since sunday i have been having night sweats and now have developed a sore throat. i have been having headaches and im very tired however my daughter doesnt sleep through the night so i dont get much sleep. i am also breastfeeding and i plan to go to the doctor in the morning over all this. please help! my temperature has been 99 - 100 since sunday as well If it is red and extremely painful it might be staph. Is it pussy? Staph almost always produces puss that sometimes smells when it bursts. It could be an infected boil on your eyelid, infected with staph. I have been hospitalized with staph 3 times, and I've never had a fever or joint pain with it. So I have no good answer for you ... sorry! lol no, that doesnt sound liek staph . if u start to develop a red inflamed nd raised rash then u may have it , but id doesnt sound liek u have the symptoms . but just incase, try to be especiallly clean , because although ur body can fight it ur babys will have a harder time , so just stay clean =] No. LOL! The word is "pus" LOL! |
