***Bruises***? |
ok so i bruise really easily. it looks pretty bad and i always hav ppl asking wats happened. is there any sort of dietary supplement or watev that can decrease the occurrence of this sort of thing? o, and any good (un-sketchy) excuses i might use for bruises that i actually hav no explaination for? i dont like leaving ppl skeptical. have plenty of apples and any green vegitables to strengthen veins I'm sorry I am not able to answer your questions as to why you bruise so easily, but I do know how to get rid of bruises. Wet a cloth with witch hazel and put it on the bruise. The down side is that it may take a couple hours, but after the fact it seems a bit of a miracle that the bruise will actually disappear. |
