Bruises???...?


hey anyone know anything about bruises? like i got a bruise and i mean huge brusie last night and i dunno this morning it was really red and swollen((it's on my arm...like mostly the whole area from my wrist and inside of myelbow)). but yea so it's red and swollen-how long will it take to go away? i regret it hella now and since it's ina really visible area and its getting hotter out i just wanted to know if theres like anything i can to do make it like...fade or be not so noticeable???
it's like turning kind of deepred-pinkish brown now... it hurts hella and like just to move my fingers hurts and to type and pick up anything and yea....but its swollen and i've never got a bruise that swelled like this???

Icing works great only if you do it within the first 20 minutes. Don't ice after that because you're actually slowing down the healing process.
You're not saying how it happened, so I'm going to say take a multivitamin everyday b/c the zinc in there does promote tissure repair. Don't expect to find a miracle cure fo it, b/c there is none. Just the zinc and drink much more clear fluids than normal to flush out and speed up the process.

bathe bruises with witch hazel and drink grapefruit juice.
