Bruises??? |
I have started to notice a lot of bruises on my arms and legs. I don't play rough sports and I'm not clumsy, so I have no idea what could be causing this. I thought I might have anemia, so I went to the doctor for blood tests and I'm not anemic. Could this simply be because I have very fair skin, or is there another problem? That is a sign of vitamin deficiency. It is also a sign of leukemia. Please take some mega multi-vitamins. You should take 500 mg of C every 4 hours for several weeks. maybe you have thinning blood. I have the same problem and I also do not have anemia. I mean you bump into things all the time without realizing because it doesn't hurt, but maybe we just bruise very easily. since ur very fair skin, u could easily get bruises even if u just don't hit urself very hard... that happen to me too... I have the same coloring as you and the same problem with bruising. I notice that I bruise VERY easily - when I've had a glass of wine, or too much vitamin E. The reason for that is because it thins your blood which impairs your body's ability to form blood clots. I'd mention it to your Doctor if this is something that just started happening recently. But I don't want you to start freaking out thinking it's something serious. Sometimes it's as simple as your had something to drink last night, so today you'll bruise a bit easier than usual. But DO mention it to your Dr. it's probably because you have fair skin and thinning blood alot of the time people bruise easy and they don't notice they even hit something and then they find a bruise |
