What should i do to stop bruises from appearing from horse riding? |
i get bad bruises on my inner calves and on the back of my thighs when i ride my horse, i have been riding for 8 years now and this is the first time its happend so badly. i went to pony club 2 yrs ago and i couldnt wear 1/2 chaps and i got a little bit of bruising but i dont wear them at all anymore and theyre huge and hideous. i dont want to have to stop riding as much to have my bruise free legs back. i am 168cm tall and weigh 73 kg's so im slightly over weight for a 15 yr old so could this be the problem??? i used to be 58 kg's 1 year ago and this didnt happen so badly! i am losing weight to get back to normal but is theyre anything i can do to stop these bruises???!!! you can't stop bruising (that's for sure!) Try "Arnica Gel", it works wonders for bruising! It can be found at any health food shop or even at vitamin shops online. |
