Can a haital hernia cause throat cancer or become fatal? |
I have GERD and reoccurances of pharyngitis, laryngitis, and bronchitis. Also, had pneumonia twice before. unlikely. Most people who get throat cancer have a history of heavy smoking and alcohol abuse. My father has several of the same diagnoses as you. I have not heard of any links in those problems and cancer. Unfortunately cancer seems to be able to occur no matter who you are and what you have done (smoker, non smoker, etc) no haital hernia dose not cause throat cancer , it could be dangerous if it is strangulated and not treated urgently . |
