Air-refreshers?

Can you get bronchitis or so from inhaling too much air-refreshing things?

yes, but they call it COPD.
Cigarette smoking is the most common cause of COPD. Most people with COPD are smokers or former smokers. Breathing in other kinds of lung irritants, like pollution, dust, or chemicals, over a long period of time may also cause or contribute to COPD

I think its for the best

It can irritate you, so I think yes

Perhaps what you need is an air purifier, not air refresher!! If you are having breathing problems, an air purifier will help clean the air instead of just perfuming it!!
If you are interested in information on air purifiers I will be glad to direct you to a site that can explain them to you and help you get one if you would like to have one!!
