Is it possible for me to lose 50 lbs by October 08? |
I want to either lose 50 lbs, or more mainly just get rid of my gut and firm it up, losing as much weight as needed, 50 is just an estimate. I have quit drinking soda, eating pizza pockets at midnight, and eating anything after 6 pm, and I am currently trying to do situps, but I am too sore to do any, as I over worked myself the other night. I have been eating salads, baked chicken, and corn flakes without sugar. I tried running, but with the weather being as cold as it is, and me just getting over bronchitis, thats a no no for me for now. Any tips on some other things I could do? I am 6'6'' and last Wednesday I was 266lbs and now I am 257 lbs. I forgot to add, I am not just doing this for any reason. I forgot to say that I am going on a cruise in Oct. so I want to be able to....not look like a sloth! You're doing good. Keep it up. You could walk instead of running. You have a very reasonable target. Shedding 5-6 lbs monthly is not a difficult goal at all. You are well on your way. Reducing the portion of food intake gives great impact on weight reduction more so if this is accompanied by exercise. There are many options for indoor exercise. You can do aerobics, belly dance, tae-bo or go to the gym. Personally I do aerokaibo and tae-bo. Self discipline is the key. Good luck and happy holidays. Great post!
