Chest tightness?!?

I have been getting really bad chest tightness and pain and it's difficult for me to breathe. The pain isn't bad, just comes and goes with sharp pain. It feels full, and like there is pressure. I have a cold, but I don't think it can be bronchitis or pneumonia because I am not coughing up anything, and only have a tiny cough once in a while. What else could it be? It's really bothering me!

YOU SHOULD SEE A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY. my step father experienced the same things you are describing for about a year and he finally had to have triple bypass surgery. the doctors said that he had scar tissue on his heart from repeated mini- heart attacks. it may be possible that your are experiencing minor heart attacks. i would not wait and schedule a doctor appt. asap. unknown chest pains are not to be taken lightly.
let me know how it turns out. i am praying it is something minor.

Honey you need to see a doctor at once. it could be your heart or you could have pneumonia You won't know til you h\get it checked out. I will say a prayer for you. But please get to the hospital right now. Please.
