Can someone link these symptoms?

I have an aunt who's been showing different symptoms, she was taken to the hospital today but the doctors didn't know what it was [got to love them], they were checking her for pneumonia, i honestly don't understand why. The symptoms were as follow.

She was dehydrated, when I listened to her liver with the stethoscope it was making variant noises, that aren't quite normal. Her urine has been found with a reddish color, and she has been throwing up her biles.

I honestly believe is some kind of liver disorder affecting the kidneys. I think is more of a filtration issue going on rather than pneumonia or bronchitis like they were looking for. But who's going to listen to a 17 year old after all. Your hel is greatly appreciated am looking for possible reasons, thank you so much.

I am not an M.D. and assume you are neither?

Your concern is touching and whether you realize it, it is helpful.
Continue to ask questions, to her Dr. and administrator. It keeps them on their toes ( so to speak ) and prods them to push forward.
Try to understand that many...many symptoms can mimic many different afflictions.
It is very possible there is some digestive disorder causing the symptoms, but as noted by others here thers is a strong collation between cardio-vascular, respiratory and kidney/liver/pancreas problems.

I think it is most important to keep inquiring of her primary doctor what his assessment is at this time, what is his care and treatment recommendation, future prognosis, and any other testing that be available.

Good luck and God bless you.

The only thing is -- the heart, kidneys, etc....all work together. One can start to go and affect the other organs too. You are 17? How do you know how a liver is supposed to sound? That is odd.....are you a NURSE at 17? They have to check everything. I'm sure they've listened to her lungs. Kind of funny because I work in a hospital reviewing medical records and I've never read "and the liver sounded like....." --

well blood in the urine could be numerous things from an Ulcer to a Bladder infection.....Listen to your Doctor they usually are correct !

I am no Dr. either and I would guess most are not on here..at least from what I think and saw...But I would go to a very informative sight I just found yesterday and type in net MD or at least MD in the search place for the internet,,,and yahoo should take you to the web sight that has all kind of medical symtoms and advice...Check it out,,,I heard about it on the news last night and it's good...and profession...GOOD LUCK but seemed tyed just capital letters MD in yahoo...has real Drs and Nurses on web to ask your questions...CHECK IT OUT

I JUST went to check it out and I found this other place MD.com ...I typed it in GOOGLE and searched...
