Question on hemorrhoids?

Rather gross topic, I know but I never had one in my life. After a month, my diet hasn't been that great ever since I gotten sick and had bronchitis. I recenetly started to get constipated and everything but I never noticed one but I went tanning and after I was in the shower I realized it was a hemorroid. It went away and then the next night it appeared again in the shower but was gone in a couple of hours. What is going on?

If they appear on straining and are not felt otherwise, it means this is a initial stage and will be easy to cure.
Constipation by straining over stools is a factor in the etiology. Take blend diet with enough fiber and drink lot of water to avoid constipation.
