Pink non-itchy rash on my arms?

Has anyone ever had a sandpaper like rash that is pink with a few red spots? I have one on my forearm. I had a similar rash about three weeks ago when I was on antibiotics for strep/bronchitis but they thought it was an allergic reaction. If you have had one what was it. Also it does not itch.

is it folliculits keratitis? a great treatment to this is AmLactin -ask your pharmacist. see a doctor if it doesn't improve.
