Vitamin suggestions?

I'm 20 years old and anemic. For a few years I went without even getting a cold but within the past 5 months I've been sick on and off with bronchitis, pneumonia, a cold, the flu, etc. Lately, I've been really exhausted and literally have no energy to do the thigns I enjoy. I'm looking for a vitamin that may help me. Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Perhaps a women's energy multivitamin every day might help. They contain extra B vitamins for energy.

To boost your immune system plenty of garlic will help and also vitamin C. You could take 6 high strength odourless 3,000 mg garlic oil capsules (Herron) every day and 1 or 2 gm of vitamin C every day.

Perhaps you also need to improve your diet. More fruit and vegetables to get more antioxidants and enzymes that you need for good health and energy.
