1. lung disease
2. infections of the trachea
3. bronchitis
4. diesease of the nose & throat
5. all of these

please help. right answer will get 10+ points.

The upper respiratory tract goes from your nose and mouth to the bottom portion of the voice box (Adam's Apple). The lower respiratory tract is anything that is below that:

So:

1) Lower respiratory tract infection (eg: pneumonia, COPD, asthma)

2) Upper respiratory tract infection unless it is below the voice box, which is the lower trachea before it bifurcates into the bronchi's

3 Lower respiratory tract infection as it occurs below the voice-box

4 Upper respiratory tract infection

5 Not correct(see above)

Note: What is a function of the upper respiratory tract that does not have ANYTHING to do with breathing?

:-) ......... eating!

Where's my 10 point? :-)

5. All of the above.

nose and throat are upper respiratory as well as the trachea

lungs disease and bronchitis effect your lower lungs, so it's not all of the above.

2&4 classify as upper respiratory disease
