Bronchitis - uninsured!?

Well I have had bronchitis many many times, maybe 10 or so times so far (im 24), and there seemed to be a cold floating around in the office I work at. Mine hit me fast, like bronchitis usually does: tickle in the throat the day before, immune system obviously weakening and that heavy down feeling, and then waking up a few minutes ago hardly able to breathe and stiff feeling upper lungs.

Great. I have gone months on cobra, paying 400 dollars a month for heath insurance, and then I drop it for one month and this happens! My insurance at work kicks in on Oct. 1, and its the 19th! I can't believe this is happening NOW!

Is there any suggestions as to what I can do, without taking Zithromax? I have always taken that when I developed bronchitis. anything over the counter that will help? Anything at all? I can't take the feeling when i cough, its so painful, and I can't afford dr visits or medication without insurance. Maybe the free clinic?? I never been to the clinic so IDK

I am battling it right now. In most healthy people, it usually clears up within a matter of days to a couple of weeks. The best thing I have found is Vicks 44E. That was the only thing that quieted me down last night so that I could get some rest.

Clinic or ER. This can and will turn into pneumonia if left untreated. You can not wait until Oct. 1st.

i also had bronchitis, and asmha. one time many years ago, i couldn`t go to a doctor rightaway so i baught -BUCKLEY`s- the syrup that taste so bad, but it works. it really did for me. i do not have any bronchitis since. have a glass of luckywarm water with some real lemon juice every morning. take echinecea tincture that you will drop a few drops in your throat, you can also take some vitamines C,E. and stop most dairy products. mozza cheese and yogurt is ok
