Bronchitis/flu/what!?

I went to urgent care 4 days ago and they told me I had Bronchitis. Gave me antibiotics (Z-Pak), told me to rest and that I'd feel better soon.

I did feel better for about a day and a half and now I've got a fever again of 101.3 and the pain is taking over my whole body.

It's in my lower back, and it tends to radiate down through my hip/butt bone areas and then it shoots down my legs, etc etc. I know this is probably just a typical symptom of a fever but seriously what is going on? My head is killing me too but most of all my hips and back.

I just took an IBU800 about an hour ago so hopefully this fever will break but is this normal of bronchitis? Yeah I'm still coughing but it's not as bad as it was at first...

help!

The mutated new flu is really powerful. It is probably the flu since your antibiotics are not working well. However, it could be as bad as spinal meningitis. If so, and it gets worse, you need to go back to the doctor. That can be life threatening.
Also, I have found that the z-pack doesn't work very well. Sometimes pt's need two rounds of it.
