Light bronchitis cough for over 4 weeks now. Should I be concerned?

I've had a light bronchitis cough for just about over 4 weeks. Its very mild, and its only about 4-6 coughs through out the whole day. I seen my doctor a week ago and he said I'm going have to rough it out.

The cough seems to act up when I am at work, I work under the AC so that doesn't help much. I also use a vaporizer for marijuana, but the vaporizer is really easy on the lungs.

I'm only 25 years old and very healthy. Should I be concerned thats it is chronic bronchitis?

Could this be a response to a dirty filter in the Air Conditioning unit..? Have maintenance check the condition of the filters
