Can't Sleep On Sides?


I used to be able to fall asleep faster if I slept on a side, But now I can't at all because it feels harder to breathe and it feels like I have a dull pain in my ribcage area. I'm possibly thinking my bad eating habits have just made my system not too healthy. Could I have a real problem or is the way I eat making it pressurable on my body?

Have you put on any additional weight? I have a hard time sleeping on my sides as well, partially because my bones are more fragile and they ache...So now I lay on my stomach with more pillows......You should see your dr and mention this to him, he can rule out any cardiac problems that you may think you have..Good Luck...

Try sleeping with a body pillow or just a normal pillow between your knees. It will be a little uncomfy for the first two days but you will see just how good a nights sleep you will have once you a re us to it.Dont eat for at least 2 to 3hrs before you go to bed.Good luck
