I have chest irritation?

It has been going on now for a few months. Theres no throbbing or intense pain just an annoying feeling as if somethings pushing my chest together. I can breathe easily, and the feeling is mostly on the left but also a little on the right. It gets worse when I lean on one arm while I'm sitting. It happens in the evening or the morning when im about to go to bed or when I just woke up, anytime i've been laying in bed a while and it's worse when I lay on one side as well. it is not specifically where my heart is just the general chest area. I can't tell whether it's my heart or my muscles, but I doubt its a heart problem because im not even twenty yet. It seems to get worse the day after I get a lot of exersize as well. I'm thinking of seeing a doctor, but I don't know if it's bad enough. Please help, because I'm getting kind of worried.

i noticed it is mostly on the left side of my breast and around the top. also i lean on my left arm a lot when I read in bed. I don't know if this could be making it worse or if it is the cause

Well i'd suggest you to see the doctor immideatly. Even if you have heart problem, that too can be cured by medicines cause they don't usually reccomend surgery to the patient even if they have blockage in their arteries.

You are young and can easly handle this problem by medicines and some special exercise reccomended by doctor.

Please note: Don't immideatly go to heart specialiest for this cause they will put you on test, this and that.
Just visit regular doctor and make sure he/she shouln'd be surgen.

I' ever had pain on my heart and my heart was beating real fast i went to normal doctor immideatly and i asked him to check me properly cause their something wrong with my heart beat.
but he said, its normal. let it beat fast- or slow--- don;t worry
and his such words relaxed me down and i became normal right away.

I am sure that you are not under big threat, and you can clear your doubt by visiting your family doctor regarding this...

Usually if a problem persists for more than 5-7 days, you should see a doctor.

if there is anything big coming up nervis strees see a doc after 6-8 days

You do need to see a doctor to see what is going on.
