Has anyone experience of breast reconstruction latimuss dorsi muscle and can they tell me about it please?

I am a nurse and I have seen patents who have had it done. The results are usually pretty good, there are of course possible complications such as bleeding and infection but on the whole it is a great op which allows women to feel normal again.
